Who we are
This policy covers reelbot, a private publishing tool operated by Iaroslav Pyrogov (Spain), contact iaroslavpyrogov@gmail.com, who is the data controller.
Who uses the app
The app is used only by its owner to publish videos to the owner's own YouTube channel and Instagram account. It is not offered to the public and no other person can sign in to it.
Google and YouTube data
- The app requests a single Google OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, which allows uploading videos to the authorized channel. - It uses that access only to upload the owner's finished video files with their title, description and settings. It does not read, download, analyse, sell or share any YouTube or Google user data.
- The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted (AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store, SecureString, EU region) and is used only by the owner's server. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the token is deleted.
- The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube Terms
By using YouTube features of this app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Other data
The app does not use cookies or analytics, does not collect data from viewers, and does not process personal data of third parties. Generated videos feature fictional animated characters only.
Retention and your rights
Credentials are kept only while the app is in use and deleted when access is revoked. Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion by writing to the contact above.
